About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and operation of secure, scalable cloud-native platforms on AWS and GCP using Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps.
- Drive platform engineering initiatives including building Internal Developer Platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and developer productivity solutions.
- Implement SRE practices, develop automation frameworks, AI-assisted workflows, and lead cloud modernization and FinOps cost optimization efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
- Expertise in AWS services (EKS, EC2, IAM, S3, Route53, Lambda, FSx, CloudWatch, VPC), Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with GitOps, CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Harness, and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Shell.
- Hybrid work setup in Bangalore with requirement to be on-site 2–3 days/week; candidates must live within commutable distance; no relocation assistance provided.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering and operating large-scale, highly available production cloud platforms with strong focus on automation and platform modernization.
- Skilled in observability, reliability, security engineering, SRE practices, and cloud security including policy-as-code and zero-trust principles.
- Familiarity with emerging AIOps, AI-powered automation, Platform Engineering trends, and FinOps cost optimization is preferred.
