About This Role
- Own end-to-end design, development, testing, and delivery of scalable, secure, accessible Web UI features using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies.
- Lead architectural decisions and technical design for complex frontend components, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance requirements are met.
- Drive engineering excellence including code reviews, automation, telemetry, safe deployments, incident management, and continuous improvement of frontend quality and productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 8+ years of technical engineering experience coding with languages such as JavaScript or TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with production web application development and frontend engineering fundamentals including performance, security, accessibility, and testing.
- Must be able to pass Microsoft's Cloud Background Check security screening process.

- Experienced in architecting large-scale, modular frontend applications and reusable UI component libraries using React and TypeScript.
- Demonstrates AI-native development mindset, leveraging AI tools responsibly throughout SDLC to improve productivity and quality.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration for feature delivery, with strong technical ownership and proactive risk management.
