About This Role
- Design and develop scalable, fault-tolerant microservices, APIs, and streaming/batch data pipelines supporting AI/ML-based digital communications compliance detection.
- Lead operationalization of ML/LLM models, establish AI-assisted SDLC automation practices, and implement observability and CI/CD pipelines to enhance quality and delivery speed.
- Collaborate with product management and compliance experts to improve alert accuracy and compliance workflows while mentoring engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience building resilient, scalable, cloud-native software products with 2+ years in financial industry compliance.
- Expertise in Java/Kotlin and Python programming with experience building headless, externally consumable APIs.
- Experience with cloud-native microservices using Spark and/or Flink, AWS services (EC2, ECS, EKS, EMR, S3, Glacier), Elastic/OpenSearch, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and operationalizing ML/LLM models in production.
- Experience leading multi-team AI-assisted development adoption including governance, security, and delivering products with TDD and CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, Helm, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
