About This Role
- Develop and maintain AI-powered applications and services focused on Revenue Cycle Management technology automation.
- Design AI/ML workflows involving LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and RAG pipelines ensuring production-ready, secure, and optimized systems.
- Drive technical innovation through continuous learning and contributions to emerging generative AI technologies and open-source projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 3–5+ years experience with Java/Spring Boot and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt design, embeddings, vector search, and model APIs.
- Experience with at least one SDK/tool: OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, Spring AI, or LangChain4j.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in developing scalable and secure AI solutions, particularly in generative AI and advanced NLP workflows.
- Experience working in production environments requiring system optimization, monitoring, and AI security measures.
- Familiarity with integration of AI tools and frameworks emphasizing practical implementation and performance in healthcare-related automation.
