About This Role
- Own end-to-end AI program delivery including time, cost, scope, quality, and investment management.
- Translate product and business requirements into AI implementation roadmaps; manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and governance to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive AI solution industrialization and scaling, including supplier management, budget optimization, and KPI tracking from PoC through production deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-12 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or related field.
- Experience in program and portfolio management, AI/GenAI program delivery, supplier/vendor management, and budget governance.
- Preference for MBA or Master’s in Technology Management, AI, Data Science, or Project Management - Not mandatory but preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex AI and digital transformation programs with cross-functional and supplier teams.
- Comfortable driving program governance, risk management, and stakeholder reporting at senior management level.
- Skilled in scaling AI solutions across products focusing on return on investment and reusable frameworks.
