Experienced in migrating RPA automations (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism) to code, with hands-on use of AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
Proven capability in mentoring or leading junior engineers within agile/squad environments focused on automation development.
Comfortable working with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP) and implementing operational resiliency in automation solutions.
