About This Role
- Lead and deliver moderate to high-complexity technology initiatives including new feature development, system enhancements, upgrades, and deployments.
- Design, implement, test, debug, document, and maintain software solutions while making architectural decisions within established guidelines.
- Apply AI-first engineering practices using AI-powered tools to improve productivity, code quality, and support incident resolution, while ensuring compliance with security and data policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience as demonstrated by work experience, training, education, or equivalent.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Kafka, and Python programming languages.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/DevOps delivery models.
- Proven skills using AI-powered engineering tools and applying AI-assisted development at scale.
