Experience or knowledge in MES, IoT/IIoT, AI/ML, automation, Power BI, SAP, and IT/OT integration.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in manufacturing operations with focus on digital transformation.
Strong operational manufacturing background in FMCG or similar industry with proven ability to translate operational problems into scalable digital solutions.
Experience driving adoption and change management of digital solutions in manufacturing environments.
Proficient in leveraging advanced digital technologies and data analytics for manufacturing excellence and strategic impact.
