About This Role
- Design, automate, and execute scale, reliability, and security test cases for HPE Hybrid Cloud and Green Lake platform.
- Own and drive the automation strategy by building test frameworks, automation libraries, and integrating AI tools to streamline SDLC workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor new hires while maintaining multi-configuration products and ensuring product quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years experience in quality engineering with strong automation framework development from ground up.
- Proficiency in programming languages Python, Java, or Go and automation tools such as Selenium.
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and performance/load testing.
- Role is onsite at HPE office; knowledge of complete SDLC, software testing methodologies, and strong troubleshooting skills in Cloud and On-Prem environments required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading automation strategy and testing at scale for cloud-based distributed systems with microservices architecture.
- Able to leverage AI and generative platforms for test and project acceleration, demonstrating technical leadership in AI-integrated workflows.
- Strong background in performance, resiliency, and chaos engineering testing in continuous integration/delivery environments.
