Strong negotiation skills and ability to work effectively in matrixed organizations across functions and leadership levels.
Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into executable sourcing and supplier strategies that deliver measurable value and innovation.
Experienced in navigating complex global matrixed organizations with strong stakeholder engagement and influence at senior levels.
Skilled in driving procurement adoption, leveraging analytics for decision-making, and leading supplier relationship management across multiple regions.
