About This Role
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate, government, and institutional stakeholders to identify and progress business opportunities.
- Support the CFO by preparing for and representing in meetings, coordinating proposals, follow-ups, and converting requirements into actionable plans.
- Take ownership of select strategic initiatives from initiation through execution, ensuring timely updates and risk management.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Strategy, Finance, International Business or related field.
- Work Experience Required: Fresh MBA graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience may apply.
- Fluency in English and Hindi required; proficiency in Bengali preferred.
- Candidates must be currently based in Kolkata or willing to relocate; willingness to travel required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable and confident interacting with senior executives, government officials, and institutional stakeholders, with strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience or exposure to business development, consulting, executive/founder's office, strategic partnerships, key-account management, or institutional sales is preferred.
- Organised and persistent with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple conversations and take ownership beyond narrowly defined roles.
