About This Role
- Own and maintain compliance governance framework for Innovative Medicines Finance transformation programs, ensuring adherence to ICFR, SOX, and internal control standards across large-scale technology and process changes.
- Act as primary compliance liaison for value stream transformation initiatives, leading risk assessments, control design, and compliance deliverables integration into program planning and execution.
- Mentor program teams on finance transformation compliance topics, review compliance outputs for standards alignment, and escalate significant risks or issues to senior management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field required.
- 6-8 years of finance experience, preferably with significant system or SAP transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of SOX 404, US GAAP, IFRS, and financial/IT internal controls.
- Experience with multi-ERP environments; SAP S4 Hana experience highly preferred.
