About This Role
- Prepare financial and KPI reporting packages, including presentations for senior leadership.
- Analyze variance between actual results and plans; provide actionable financial insights and recommendations.
- Design and develop complex financial analyses and BI dashboards to support decision-making and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant work experience supporting US-based organizations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with finance/ERP platforms, forecasting/CPM/BI tools; experience with Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning.
- Work hours approximately 2 pm to 11 pm local time to collaborate with US-based teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in large enterprise corporate finance environments.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative setup with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to independently conduct financial analysis and implement reporting/process improvements with attention to detail.
