About This Role
- Lead and implement compliance governance framework for Innovative Medicines Finance transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with ICFR and SOX requirements.
- Serve as primary compliance liaison for transformation programs, coordinating risk assessments, control design, and compliance readiness across technology, process, and data changes.
- Supervise compliance progress and escalate material risks, providing mentorship to program teams and ensuring documentation and traceability of compliance decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in Finance roles, preferably involving significant system transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of financial and IT internal controls, SOX 404, US GAAP, IFRS, and supply chain environment.
- Experience in multi-ERP/system environments; SAP S4 Hana experience highly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large-scale system or SAP implementations with a strong compliance focus related to SOX/finance.
- Able to manage compliance in complex, matrixed organizations involving multi-program transformation initiatives.
- Skilled at translating enterprise compliance frameworks into practical, actionable requirements for transformation projects.
