Senior Security Consultant (Team Leader)

Lead the SAP Security team (pod) ensuring SLA performance, quality, and people development while remaining hands-on technical.

Act as final technical escalation for complex SAP Security incidents, approve role design changes, and own security design standards across multiple client accounts.

Manage service ownership including SLA metrics, on-call shifts, quality assurance, user access recertification, audit leadership, and drive continual service improvements like automation and shift-left initiatives.

Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Security and Authorisations.

Proven technical team leadership experience in managed services or application support with SLA accountability.

Current hands-on SAP BTP security experience including IAS, IPS, XSUAA, and role collection administration in production.

Genuine line management experience with performance reviews and development planning.

Technically deep SAP Security leader with expertise in S/4HANA and ECC role design at scale, multiple clients, and Fiori authorisation end-to-end.

Experienced in SAP GRC Access Control operations, SoD monitoring, and client audit engagement with confident client-facing communication.

Operates actively between hands-on technical delivery and people leadership within a managed services environment focused on continual improvement and automation.
