About This Role
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of EDA and enterprise software vendor contracts including negotiations, renewals, and compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal) to ensure timely contract execution and budget alignment across large, global vendor portfolio.
- Apply strong project management to track hundreds of concurrent contract threads, license utilizations, purchase orders, and coordinate risk escalations to avoid business disruptions.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 9 years of experience in EDA operations, software asset management, IT procurement, or vendor/contract management within semiconductor or technology sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required.
- Experience with EDA vendor contracts and common licensing models; familiarity with procurement workflows (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and contract lifecycle management including legal coordination.
- Strong project management skills handling high volumes of parallel contract threads and excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in semiconductor design or design services organizations with direct interaction managing EDA and software vendor relationships.
- Proficient with license management tools and enterprise procurement systems; capable of multi-threaded project and vendor management in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Able to negotiate commercial terms effectively and work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Engineering teams to optimize vendor spend and licensing.
