About This Role
- Manage backend operations including assigning buses to routes and coordinating driver & host schedules with bus partners.
- Handle operational issues such as bus breakdowns by arranging alternates and passenger shifts, and serve as primary contact between Traffic Controllers and Multiplicator team.
- Track and report route deviations, violations, generate daily operational reports, update boarding points, and monitor illicit activities to ensure operational integrity.
Minimum Requirements
- Engineering graduate.
- 3-4 years hands-on experience in intercity travel operations, logistics, or last mile operations preferred.
- Fluency in English and Hindi required.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible shifts including 24/7 coverage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing intercity travel or logistics operations with strong geographical knowledge of North India.
- Capable of analyzing operational data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and coordination with various operational partners and teams.
