About This Role
- Coordinate driver and host schedules and manage bus route assignments, including handling breakdowns and arranging alternatives to maintain service continuity.
- Serve as primary liaison between Traffic Controllers, Multiplicator team, and bus partners while monitoring route adherence and reporting violations.
- Analyze operational data to suggest route adjustments, update stop coordinates, monitor illicit activities, oversee training completion, and improve operational processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Engineering graduate degree mandatory.
- 3-4 years hands-on experience in intercity travel operations, logistics, or last mile operations.
- Strong knowledge of North India geography and willingness to travel extensively; shift work flexibility (24/7) required.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; work experience required: 3-4 years as stated.
