Experienced in managing complex Pharma/MedTech supply chain operations with deep knowledge of product handling, quality systems, inventory controls, and regulatory compliance.
Proven capability in leading operational teams, driving KPI performance, productivity improvements, and stakeholder relationship management at senior levels.
Familiar with 3PL contract logistics commercial models, technology platforms like WMS, TMS, ERP/SAP, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.
