About This Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end 3PL/contract logistics operations for Pharma and MedTech customers ensuring achievement of SLAs, KPIs, and operational targets.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives including continuous improvement, productivity optimization, cost management, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Serve as the key operational interface for customers and stakeholders managing service delivery, escalations, audits, and new customer onboarding or transitions.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations in India with proven experience in 3PL/third-party contract logistics.
- Strong experience working within Pharma and/or MedTech supply chain operations is strongly preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 10–15 years as specified.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex Pharma/MedTech supply chain operations with deep knowledge of product handling, quality systems, inventory controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven capability in leading operational teams, driving KPI performance, productivity improvements, and stakeholder relationship management at senior levels.
- Familiar with 3PL contract logistics commercial models, technology platforms like WMS, TMS, ERP/SAP, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.
