Own the day-to-day operations of the Mumbai TechOps team supporting 24/7/365 live sports and entertainment broadcasts.
Manage SLA and KPI delivery, incident management, and continuous process improvement including automation initiatives.
Lead team management activities including scheduling, training, onboarding, and capability development.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience in live transmission and/or 24/7 OTT broadcast environments with leadership in a senior TechOps role.
Strong knowledge of streaming protocols, encoders/transcoders, SLA/KPI management, and operational workflows.
Hands-on use of service desk tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, or equivalent), IT observability platforms, and video analytics tools.
Must be able to work hybrid with at least 2 days/week onsite in Mumbai (Andheri) and support shift-based 24/7 operations.

Experienced leader accustomed to managing structured 24/7 broadcast/live operations with strong SLA discipline and operational steadiness.
Comfortable making clear operational decisions, balancing incident management with team protection and development.
Demonstrates structural thinking focused on documentation, automation, escalation, and building a stable, capable team rather than short-term fixes.
