Experienced leader accustomed to managing structured 24/7 broadcast/live operations with strong SLA discipline and operational steadiness.
Comfortable making clear operational decisions, balancing incident management with team protection and development.
Demonstrates structural thinking focused on documentation, automation, escalation, and building a stable, capable team rather than short-term fixes.
