About This Role
- Develop and manage the APAC Financial Services practice plan and budget, ensuring alignment with global strategy and monitoring progress.
- Lead regional meetings, affiliate engagement, and collaboration across offices including training, staffing, and career development coordination.
- Drive commercial operations including rapid response support for case teams, account management processes, interlock execution, and marketing/brand building activities in the region.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–9 years professional services or Financial Services experience, or 5–6 years with MBA/Master's; management consulting experience preferred.
- Experience or strong interest in Financial Services industry/capability of the Practice.
- Full professional proficiency in English required.
- Work Experience Required: 6–9 years in relevant fields as above.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ownership of complex portfolios with commercial drive and ability to manage end-to-end processes with minimal supervision.
- Strong skills in prioritization, stakeholder management, and effective communication with senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
- Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously and driving continuous improvement while coordinating across regional and global teams.
