About This Role
- Manage and troubleshoot Cisco ACI environments including fabric infrastructure, tenants, VRFs, bridge domains, contracts, and EPGs.
- Perform incident analysis, root cause investigations, and ensure network operations meet SLA timelines including escalations from L1 teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network projects, configuration, change management, and optimize automation efforts for routine tasks.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant networking experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ACI and Routing & Switching technologies including TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, HSRP/VRRP, and Cisco Nexus switches.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering/Technology.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Mumbai; candidates able to join within 15 days preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced network engineer skilled in enterprise data center networking and Cisco ACI administration at Level 2 support or above.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability with operational management experience including incident and problem management.
- Comfortable working on-site in Mumbai with cross-team collaboration and operational accountability under SLA commitments.
