4–6 years experience in Supply Chain Planning or related operational role, preferably in FMCG or fast-moving consumer products environment.
Experience within IBP/S&OP processes and demand planning tools; mandatory exposure to advanced planning systems such as o9, Kinaxis, OMP, or SAP IBP.
Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification with relevant demand planning experience.
Proficiency in English; ability to execute comprehensive test scripts, validate data, and use testing tools like qTest and Jira.
Hands-on experience managing end-to-end demand planning forecasts at SKU level in dynamic, fast-moving environments, with a strong understanding of statistical forecasting and demand sensing.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of influencing commercial and operational teams to improve forecast accuracy and demand planning processes.
Demonstrated capability to drive technology adoption and change management during planning system transformations, with meticulous attention to detail in testing and validation activities.
