Model configurable BOMs and multi-level product structures; work with XML-based interfaces for product structure definition and data exchange.
Troubleshoot and support integration between configuration systems and downstream processes; collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams on product configuration solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
4-6 years of overall work experience in relevant roles.
Experience with SAP Variant Configuration (VC/LO-VC/AVC) or similar configurator platforms (e.g., Tacton, Configit, Rulestream, Oracle Configurator).
Strong understanding of configurable products, BOMs, product structures, and ability to work with XML-based integrations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with configurable industrial products or manufacturing environments and understanding of SAP sales order processing and downstream business processes.
Strong systems-thinking mindset comfortable working at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and software.
Capable of quickly learning proprietary tools and system architectures while effectively communicating with cross-functional teams.
