About This Role
- Lead development and delivery of supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse to optimize planning processes and ensure SLA-compliant support.
- Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive cost-effective, sustainable planning capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and availability, resolve tickets timely, perform testing, and provide training on new capabilities to business users.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience with advanced planning systems as developer, analyst, or consultant.
- Bachelor's degree in technical engineering, science, or related field; advanced degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience specifically with Kinaxis RapidResponse application modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and S&OP.
- Understanding of supply chain planning processes including demand, supply, and S&OP; exposure to data integration with SAP ERP systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in digital supply chain planning transformations with hands-on development and solution delivery using Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Capable of collaborating across IT, supply chain, and analytics teams to translate business needs into tactical, scalable planning solutions.
- Highly skilled at balancing strategic roadmap planning with operational issue resolution under SLA constraints.
