About This Role
- Design and implement web application features, including API service creation and expansion, with focus on performance impact.
- Lead product delivery by collaborating with engineering management and architecture teams; oversee architecture and apply AI tools knowledge.
- Coach and mentor senior and application engineers, advocate engineering best practices, and participate in troubleshooting and Scrum processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years of professional experience in backend development.
- Strong expertise in Java 11+ and JEE frameworks such as Spring, Quarkus, or Micronaut.
- Experience with microservices architecture, SQL (MySQL), Redis, Elasticsearch, streaming/messaging tools (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Work Mode: Hybrid; Location: Pan India; Experience in AI-augmented development and cloud technologies (AWS) required.

- Skilled in engineering best practices including TDD/BDD and code quality improvement through mentoring and reviews.
