About This Role
- Own and define enterprise-wide test automation and quality engineering strategy aligned to organizational goals and scalability.
- Lead multiple cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality automation solutions and drive adoption of automation-first, shift-left testing approaches.
- Establish standards, governance, track KPIs/quality metrics, and drive innovation in test automation including AI/ML-based testing and self-healing frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in software test automation and quality engineering.
- Mandatory skills: Selenium, API Automation with REST Assured, Automation Framework creation and development, Basic Build, Deployment & CI/CD knowledge, Test Case creation and execution, Test Design Practices (TDD), Core Java, MS SQL.
- Location: Noida, Gurugram, Pune (India).
- Work Experience Required: 8-10 years of experience in related roles and skills.
