About This Role
- Own development and execution of post-silicon validation tests and hardware emulation testing from prototyping through production.
- Lead debugging and root-cause analysis of complex cross-functional silicon and pre-silicon issues.
- Operate and maintain hardware emulation platforms to support pre-silicon integration and validation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 8 years experience in functional tests for silicon validation or embedded software development.
- Experience with silicon bring-up, functional validation, characterization, and qualification.
- Proficiency with board schematics, layout, and hardware debug methodologies using lab equipment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hardware emulation and hardware/software integration for pre-silicon use cases.
- Skilled in scripting (e.g., Python) for automation development and power characterization techniques.
- Familiarity with SoC architecture, boot flows, PCIe, DDR protocols, and computer architecture concepts.
