About This Role
- Convert raw, unstructured data from multiple sources into actionable insights to drive product, growth, and leadership decisions.
- Analyze user behavior, business funnels, and datasets to identify trends, drop-offs, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
- Maintain data documentation and support impact evaluation of features and campaigns with data-backed inputs.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or similar roles.
- Work location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Work from office).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with strong analytical exposure (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, or similar).
- Work Experience Required: 2-4 years in data-heavy environments; experience in fintech, SaaS is a plus but not mandatory.

- Comfortable working with raw, messy, and incomplete data; strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Self-driven with ownership mindset, able to work independently without clearly defined problems.
- Experience or background in fintech, SaaS, or data-heavy environments preferred; able to adapt across tools and techniques.
