About This Role
- Design, build, and optimize AI-first systems and solutions for clients, enhancing digital capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary AI team, ensuring code quality and robust architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI business opportunities and translate them into innovative AI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of overall work experience with at least 3 years in AI engineering.
- Proficiency in Python programming and knowledge of software engineering best practices (source control, CI/CD, automated testing).
- Familiarity with cloud AI services such as Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or Google AI Platform.
- Location: Bengaluru (Full Time) with flexibility for remote/hybrid work depending on country.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader skilled in managing and mentoring multidisciplinary AI teams in an agile environment.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts like LLMs, RAG, AgenticAI, MCPs, and up-to-date with latest AI research and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, automation of AI workflows, and responsible AI practices.
