About This Role
- Lead SAP data migration implementation projects for master and transactional data into SAP S/4 HANA using SAP Data Services and related tools.
- Analyze legacy data, define source-to-target mappings, and collaborate with business teams to manage data cleansing and enrichment.
- Plan, execute, and optimize data migration cycles including testing, cutover planning, root cause analysis, and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in SAP data migration projects with S/4 HANA using ETL tools like BODS, LTMC, SAP Fiori apps, or LSMW.
- Degree in an IT-related discipline (Information Technology, Informatics, Business) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, or FICO and SAP data structures/business processes in Sales, Logistics/Production, or Finance/Controlling.
- Advanced SQL and SQL Script skills; basic ABAP programming and debugging experience beneficial.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing custom migration objects with SAP Migration Object Modeler and using SAP Data Services for reusable data migration programs.
- Capable of translating complex legacy data into SAP compliant data sets, working closely with cross-functional business stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing full data migration lifecycle—planning, testing, execution, optimization, and documentation—in a structured enterprise SAP S/4 HANA environment.
