About This Role
- Own management and troubleshooting of NetApp AFF storage technology, including installation, provisioning, snap mirror replication, ONTAP firmware updates, and SAN/NAS environment issues at Level 2/3.
- Lead storage infrastructure design improvements, scale-up projects, and coordinate new feature development and run activities ensuring production stability and disaster recovery readiness.
- Participate in incident, configuration, and capacity management, including documentation, SLA and critical incident management, and mentoring team members in a 24x7 operations environment.

- Expertise in NetApp AFF storage technology with hands-on experience in cluster installation and ONTAP firmware updates.
- Experience handling Level 2/3 troubleshooting in SAN and NAS, including snap mirror replication for both CIFS and NFS.
- Experience in incident management, configuration management, capacity management, and ITIL framework applications.
