Experienced in large-scale integration platform environments with complex supplier ecosystems and enterprise-grade SLA requirements.
Skilled in end-to-end platform lifecycle management including onboarding, security, incident, and change management within cloud-integrated hybrid infrastructures.
Capable of collaborating cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders including developers, QA, infrastructure, security teams, and external vendors, with ability to mentor junior engineers and drive operational improvements.
