About This Role
- Manage and maintain production and non-production integration platforms supporting over 2,000 integrations and 1,200 supplier connections, ensuring high availability and compliance.
- Lead application, supplier, and user onboarding, including access management and security configurations across Azure and AWS environments.
- Oversee incident management, root cause analysis, change management, deployments, disaster recovery, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet SLA commitments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in integration platform operations and support.
- Strong expertise in BizTalk Server, Managed File Transfer (GoAnywhere MFT), EDI standards (EDIFACT, X12), and infrastructure including Linux/UNIX and Windows Server administration.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, SSL certificate management, and on-call support is mandatory.

- Experienced in large-scale integration platform environments with complex supplier ecosystems and enterprise-grade SLA requirements.
- Skilled in end-to-end platform lifecycle management including onboarding, security, incident, and change management within cloud-integrated hybrid infrastructures.
- Capable of collaborating cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders including developers, QA, infrastructure, security teams, and external vendors, with ability to mentor junior engineers and drive operational improvements.
