About This Role
- Own end-to-end design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using React, .NET/ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers ensuring timely project delivery and code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive architecture decisions, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain coding standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 6.5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, .NET/ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server including database design and query optimization.
- Proven experience leading and managing a development team, including task allocation and code reviews.
- Location: Mumbai; Employment Type: Full-time.

- Experienced technical lead with demonstrated ability to manage and mentor development teams in delivering enterprise-scale applications.
- Deep expertise in both frontend (React) and backend (.NET/ASP.NET Core, SQL Server) architectures with focus on application scalability and performance.
- Comfortable working closely with product, QA, and other stakeholders in a structured development environment, preferably Agile/Scrum.
