About This Role
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for advanced Industrial IoT solutions, collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to define features and acceptance criteria.
- Lead inception activities including scope, value, solution, and release planning to drive Agile delivery within the HVAC supervisory domain.
- Manage trade-offs between business and technical requirements while reporting benefits post go-live, including adoption, business value, and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of overall software development experience.
- 4+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Agile development environments.
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional stakeholder environments.
- Mandatory domain knowledge: HVAC supervisory systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing product backlogs and release planning within Industrial IoT or similar complex software environments.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills demonstrated in solving strategic, large-scale problems.
- Comfortable navigating multiple Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, design thinking, and UX to guide product development.
