About This Role
- Lead and scale high-performing teams managing mission-critical, reliable AI-driven services for spam, scam, and communication risk detection.
- Drive 0→1 development of scalable, distributed AI/ML platforms handling real-time data for emerging threat detection and risk mitigation.
- Own engineering excellence through mentorship, architectural guidance, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and product management.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years industry experience building scalable, robust, and fault-tolerant systems.
- Proven management experience leading teams at scale with strong hands-on software development skills.
- Deep knowledge of design and architecture for large-scale systems across the full web stack (front-end, back-end, databases, caching).
- Work Experience Required: At least 5+ years in similar engineering roles.
