About This Role
- Lead and develop a software engineering team focused on embedded software for intelligent pump solutions and digital services.
- Serve as Scrum Master to facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement) ensuring sprint commitments are met.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to translate business needs into development priorities and ensure software quality through code reviews and testing compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years experience in embedded software development with at least 5 years in people management.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or agile coach in embedded software development.
- Strong technical background in modern software engineering practices including CI/CD and cloud or embedded software.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Hands-on technical leader with ability to balance people management and Scrum facilitation in a professional R&D embedded software environment.
- Experience working in R&D or product development within industrial, IoT, or manufacturing domains preferred.
- Familiarity with scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe or LeSS) and DevOps practices is a plus.
