About This Role
- Lead portfolio-level governance across multiple product platforms and subcontractors, integrating plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies into a cohesive enterprise view.
- Serve as the primary interface for enterprise governance with subcontractor and internal program managers, ensuring alignment on supplier performance, milestones, acceptance criteria, and contractual documents.
- Drive cross-functional lifecycle governance including modernization, migration, sustainment, and end-of-life activities while maintaining enterprise risks, decisions, and execution controls.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, supplier governance, or comparable cross-functional leadership roles.
- Experience managing complex, multi-function, multi-geography technical product programs with direct involvement in statements of work, supplier performance, and change control.
- Demonstrated leadership in modernization, migration, deployment, lifecycle-transition, sustaining, or EOL/EOS programs with operational or customer impact.
- Professional English fluency for global executive and supplier communications; ability to coordinate across multiple time zones.

- Experienced in overseeing multi-disciplinary product portfolios with emphasis on strategic governance rather than day-to-day project management.
- Strong systems thinker capable of integrating and challenging cross-functional plans and supplier reports to maintain enterprise-level execution clarity.
- Familiar with complex technical product environments such as telecommunications, SATCOM, aerospace/defense, or networking, and experienced working with distributed global teams.
