About This Role
- Own and drive the product roadmap for Fairdeal's central platform systems impacting inventory reordering, store operations, and workforce management.
- Manage core central platform functionalities including pricing, discounting, availability, and last mile delivery inputs, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
- Design and oversee workforce incentive programs and systems tracking performance, availability, and payroll of on-ground teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7 years of Product Management experience, preferably with internal platforms, systems of record, or master data products.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business from a tier-1 college.
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and dashboard/BI tools like Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience with LLM-based or automation tooling for operational problem solving.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in owning platform products with a strategic and cross-functional impact across supply chain, sales, and operations.
- Comfortable managing ambiguous and evolving project scopes, using data-driven insights for problem identification and decision making.
- Demonstrates ability to build scalable incentive and gamification systems to drive workforce engagement and company growth.
