About This Role
- Lead development and delivery of high-quality UI design across HERE's global website ecosystem, with focus on visual and interaction design, design systems, and scalable digital experiences.
- Own design execution from discovery to delivery for key website initiatives, collaborating closely with UX, Content, Product Owners, and Development teams.
- Establish and maintain reusable UI components, design standards, and ensure consistency, accessibility, and alignment with brand and design system principles.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in UI, visual design or digital product design, preferably in B2B, enterprise, e-commerce, or technology domains.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in UI design with proven business impact.
- Expertise in design systems including component libraries and scalable UI frameworks.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and strong visual design skills with knowledge of accessibility standards.

- Experienced design leader skilled at collaborating cross-functionally with UX, Content, Product, and Development teams in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical topics into elegant, scalable digital experiences backed by data-driven insights and storytelling.
