About This Role
- Lead transformation and digital implementation of global inventory planning and management processes, collaborating closely with Digital Transformation teams.
- Drive inventory process excellence, improving visibility, automation, decision making, and operational efficiency through cross-functional project management.
- Deliver actionable management insights through data analysis, manage risks and schedules, and influence change management across global supply chain and inventory stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Masters degree in operations management or supply chain management.
- 8-12 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with inventory management, S&OP, and operational excellence tools such as Six Sigma; familiarity with SAP or supply planning tools like Kinaxis, ASCP, or o9.
- Proven ability to handle global stakeholders, digital project management, cross-functional coordination, and strong analytical skills for decision support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing technological/digital transformation projects within a global supply chain or manufacturing environment.
- Strong strategic and system thinking capabilities combined with hands-on execution skills in inventory and supply chain process optimization.
- Comfortable translating complex business needs into digital solutions and driving stakeholder engagement across multiple organizational levels.
