Must be located in Bangalore and available for on-site work; immediate joiners or notice period of 15 days or less mandatory.
Technical leadership experience delivering end-to-end AI features with measurable impact on document extraction accuracy and developer productivity.
Strong domain understanding of mortgage, structured credit, or financial services document workflows preferred.
Experienced in establishing AI engineering best practices and mentoring engineers in a sizable tech organization (50+ engineers).
