About This Role
- Manage and execute landside surcharge processing for shipment modes including truck, rail, and SD movements ensuring compliance with FMC and government regulations.
- Identify and correct discrepancies in surcharge filings, maintain accurate documentation and audit trails, and support resolution of surcharge-related queries.
- Collaborate on initiatives with Revenue Management to improve processes and support reporting, analysis, and decision-making activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in landside surcharge or related portfolio.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with AFLS modules is mandatory.
- Ability to work rotational shifts including weekends (12 PM-9 PM shift).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with commercial shipping industry pricing, surcharge applications, and end-to-end business processes.
- Skilled in process improvement, data analytics tools (e.g., SAPBI, Dataiku, Databricks) is preferable.
- Proven track record in managing governance and execution of global transitions and strategic initiatives with stakeholder collaboration.
