Ability to work rotational shifts including weekends (12 PM-9 PM shift).
Experienced with commercial shipping industry pricing, surcharge applications, and end-to-end business processes.
Skilled in process improvement, data analytics tools (e.g., SAPBI, Dataiku, Databricks) is preferable.
Proven track record in managing governance and execution of global transitions and strategic initiatives with stakeholder collaboration.
