About This Role
- Own and lead the technical delivery and development standards for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain practice in India, including X++ extensions, complex integrations, and AI-augmented components.
- Design, build, and oversee AI-powered extensions such as Copilot Studio plugins and Azure OpenAI integrations that drive client outcomes, not just prototypes.
- Mentor and lead Technical Consultants through code reviews, paired development, drive Azure DevOps hygiene, and own integration design for enterprise-scale implementations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years enterprise development experience; at least 4 years with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 F&O X++.
- At least 2 years experience as Technical Consultant and 3+ full lifecycle implementations including one as Lead Developer or workstream owner.
- Mandatory certifications: MB-500, MB-300; AZ-204 preferred or in progress; AI-102 to be completed within 6 months.
- Proficient in X++ development, integration architecture (OData, Service Bus, Azure Functions), Azure services, DevOps tools, and AI solution building (Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI).

- Senior developer with demonstrated delivery leadership in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O technical builds and integration architectures.
- Proven experience shipping enterprise AI-augmented components and mentoring teams through code quality and technical discipline.
- Strategically oriented toward Technical Architect role with a track record of building reusable IP, managing complex client solutions, and representing practice externally.
