About This Role
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Java Spring microservices architecture solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of Java developers to ensure coding standards, best practices, and timely delivery.

Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Java development and microservices architecture.
- Proven experience leading Java/Spring-based enterprise projects and teams.
- Proficiency in Java SE 11+, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise-scale microservices solutions with leadership over delivery and mentoring.
- Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Hands-on experience or knowledge in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines preferred.
