About This Role
- Lead and mentor a Java development team to deliver scalable, high-quality Java-based applications aligning with business objectives.
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and monitor Java applications emphasizing microservices architecture and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into technical solutions and improve development processes, including code reviews and CI/CD adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Java application development with proven team leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Java SE and Java EE, experience with microservices architecture, and usage of IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse, Git, Maven or Gradle.
- Experience with MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL databases is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Advanced Java certifications preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and leading enterprise-scale Java development projects with cross-functional team collaboration.
- Strong technical expertise in microservices and cloud integrations with practical knowledge of development tools and methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Industry experience in finance, healthcare, or technology sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
