About This Role
- Define and implement the technical architecture strategy for AI initiatives aligned with business goals and platform roadmaps.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are cohesively designed, built, and deployed, maintaining technical governance and alignment across multiple AI workstreams.
- Personally prototype, build, and deploy AI solutions ensuring architectural soundness, scalability, security, compliance, and technical quality from design through production readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- 13+ years of experience in software/solution architecture with demonstrated depth in AI/ML or agentic systems architecture.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions including LLM-based systems, automation platforms, or Agentforce.
- Experience with Salesforce platform architecture is mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 13+ years in relevant architecture roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both strategic AI architecture and hands-on technical delivery in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong capability in cross-team orchestration and technical governance to align multiple AI projects and ensure quality and compliance.
- Salesforce platform expertise with a background in AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, and mentoring senior technical staff.
