About This Role
- Lead and manage business valuation consulting engagements ensuring high-quality delivery and client service.
- Support growth and strategic development of the Business Valuation practice through collaboration and business development initiatives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members while driving operational improvements and enhancing client experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or Master’s in Valuation preferred.
- CPA, CFA, or ASA designation is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant valuation or consulting experience with experience managing multiple engagements and professional teams.
- Experience in business development, client relationship management, and practice growth initiatives is required.

- Skilled at managing mid-market client engagements and navigating a fast-paced consulting environment.
