About This Role
- Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform components including business rules, client scripts, UI elements, APIs, and integrations.
- Design, test, and deploy technical solutions ensuring high availability and recoverability of ServiceNow environments.
- Review requirements for accurate estimation and collaborate with process owners and stakeholders; provide mentorship and peer reviews within the service management team.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of total and relevant experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Mandatory ServiceNow System Admin and Application Developer certifications.
- Strong experience with ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant work experience; must be able to work evening shift (5pm - 2am IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in ITSM organizational structures and implementation of core ITSM process areas.
- Proficient in development with ServiceNow technical components including scripting, APIs, and integrations (SSO, SAML, LDAP, REST, etc.).
- Capable of reviewing detailed requirements, mentoring others, and effectively collaborating with process owners and stakeholders.
