About This Role
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, invoicing, expense bookings, and ledger maintenance using Zoho Books.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes, including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, reconciliations, and ageing reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF), support audits, and assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Proficiency with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
- Location: Onsite in Noida; Immediate to 15 days joining timeline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in SaaS, IT, or technology-driven organizations preferred.
- Able to independently manage accounting operations with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with statutory compliance processes (GST, TDS, PF) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
